Can I just start by saying how excited we were to finally get Alex and Braden in front of our cameras?!

This charming couple booked their wedding with us more than a year ago, and initially this engagement session was supposed to happen last spring, but then Alex decided she wanted fall engagement portraits instead. We just couldn't get it together, and the session was pushed to January with our fingers crossed in hopes of being able to catch some snow since the shoot was now happening in the dead of winter.

If you live in the south, you know how unpredictable and unlikely the possibility of that actually working out would be, but we lucked up and got us a January snow day!

We all happened to be free for this last minute session, never-mind that this turned into one of the coldest shoots we've ever done, these two were total troopers, and we had the best time with them. This winter engagement session is simply stunning, don't you think? I mean, just look at them!
