Rehgan | Hart County High School | Class of 2019
What is the name of your high school?
Hart County High School
Do you drive to school? If so, what was your most listened to driving song on your morning drive this year?
I do drive to school this year, and some of my favorites are I Love You So by The Walters and Stupid Deep by Jon Bellion
Which school tradition are you most proud of?
Every year my school does Shopping with the Dogs where the seniors donate some money and take a few elementary school kids in need to Walmart to pick out some Christmas gifts. It was such a cool experience and I’ll never forget it!
If you could take any three of your friends on a cross-country trip in your family’s hatchback: who would you chose and why?
I would take Olivia, Madi, Alli, and Hannah. Yes, that’s four, but Hannah could fit in the trunk!
What did you/do you most look forward to your senior year of school, and why?
It’s what every senior in high school says, graduating. I don’t want to graduate because I’ll finally get my diploma and walk out of those doors for the last time. It’s the feeling of all my hard work paying off and accomplishing a goal of mine that I’ve had for the last 12 years.
When it comes to sports, describe your crosstown rivalry in one (appropriate) word…
CRAZY
Which college do you plan to attend?
I plan on (hopefully) going to the University of Georgia to major in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Describe your senior year in three words.
Fun, Tough, and Rewarding
Is there someone who’s inspired your future plans (your career/college choice)?
For a while I wanted to major in Psychology, but on a school trip I heard my chorus teacher talking about different aspects of speech therapy. After that, I started thinking and researching speech therapy and I realized that is what I wanted to go to college for.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
I hope to have graduated college with a Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology to become a Speech Therapist.
