Anna and Patrick had the sweetest wedding, and we were absolutely honored to be there with them on one of the most important days of their lives! It was a beautiful day! Keep scrolling to see the most stunning photos from their day, plus read their story!

How long was your engagement?

A little over a year

Tell us about the moment you seen each other for the first time on your wedding day (either your first look or when walking down the aisle).

Anna— “He looked handsome and had a huge smile!

Patrick— “WOW!”

Anna, Describe your husband on your wedding day.

“He was very handsome and looked very happy. He’s always pretty calm, so he didn’t seem nervous.”

Patrick, Describe your wife on your wedding day.

“She was more gorgeous than I ever could have imagined.”

Were there any rituals, traditions, or sentiments that were part of your wedding?

“I reserved two chairs in memory of my grandmothers. I made little signs with their photos. We also had photos of our parents and grandparents on their wedding (or in the case of my grandparents, just pictures of them as couples). We had them around our cake, which I thought was so sweet.”

What were the top 5 moments of your wedding day?

Walking down the aisle! Walking back as husband and wife. Hanging out and speaking with all of our family and friends. Our cake (yum!). My first look with my dad.

Were there any moments that made you cry?

Anna— “When my dad got choked up during our first look.”

Most weddings never go quite as planned. Was there a blooper or “oops” moment at your wedding?

Honestly, we didn’t have any! If anything, things went better than anticipated! People always warn you that some things will go awry, so we were prepared for that to happen. Things went so well though. My matron of honor even was able to make it - a day overdue with her second baby! It all came together so well.

Is there a story to the song you picked for your first dance?

We danced to Moon River by Andy Williams. I’ve always thought it was a sweet song, and I tend to hum or sing it often when I’m around the house.

What was your best memory from your wedding day?

Just spending time with all of our loved ones and sharing the day with them.

Describe newlywed life in three words.

Exciting, new, adventure!
