4.2 Client Usage Rights

Clients receive a personal-use license, allowing you to:

    Share with friends and family

You may not:

  • Sell images

  • Use them commercially

  • Apply filters that significantly alter the style

  • Submit images to contests without permission

4.3 Photographer Usage Rights

We may use images for:

  • Portfolio

If you wish to decline image use, you must notify us in writing before your session or event.

5. Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Retainers

All retainers are non-refundable.

5.2 Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed one time, based on availability.

5.3 Weather

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Interrupted service

  • Event delays outside our control

  • Failure of equipment due to conditions outside normal use

In the extremely rare case of data loss or catastrophic failure, our liability is limited to a full refund — not damages or emotional loss.
