This couple, y’all! They are two of the most genuine people you will ever meet. They are both so sweet and kind, we had the best time doing this photo shoot with them!

How they met

We first caught a glimpse of each other at a cow show that I was showing at, even though we didn’t officially meet until 2 months later. He had tagged along with a friend who’s younger twin sons were showing to help them out. At some point I was talking with the twins and during that time he claims that I was staring at him, even though that’s not how I remembered it. I honestly didn’t even know who he was until one of my friends filled me in later that evening.

How long they’ve known each other

We have known each other a little over three years but it feels like we have known each other forever.

A little about them...

Taylor is lineman for the city of Westminster and Taylor (Lynn) is in school to be a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistance and graduates fall of 2019.

Who said I love you first?

Taylor (Price) said I love you first. It took him 6 months and I thought he never was going to say it.

First date story

Our first date was just a standard first date. We went out to eat. The one thing I remember is sitting down to order at Texas Roadhouse. He had ordered chicken tenders with bacon cheese fries AND a loaded baked potato. And I remember sitting there thinking WOW he must really like potatoes.

Favorite things to do together

Our favorite thing to do together is going on different adventures, like hiking to new places- especially waterfalls, and traveling and finding new foods to try.

Proposal story

I had been dying to go the Pretty Place. For over 4 months I had been mentioning we needed to go since neither of us had ever been. So one Sunday we woke up and he said that he had a surprise for me (side note I hate surprises). We loaded in the car and took off, even though I had no idea where we were going and was asking the whole time where we were going. It wasn’t until he got us lost, and I had to navigate us to get there, that I found out where we were going. I was so excited! Fast forward to arriving at the Pretty Place, we had been taking in the gorgeous view and reading all the different plaques when he said, let’s go look around. He found a little rocky cliff off the side of the main site that overlooked the mountains. He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him! I was so happy I couldn’t say “yes” fast enough

Why did you choose us to tell your story?

As soon as he asked me to marry him, I had already started brainstorming about who I wanted to do our pictures. I remember thinking that I wanted someone to capture the beauty of our love story and the nature we so much loved. And honestly, there was no one other then y’all that we wanted after having our pictures taken by y’all the prior year. Y’all both are genuine people who can see the love between two people and can capture every moment of it on camera. Y’all both are so much fun to work with and don’t believe in acting out scenes, we actually dance (even though we still need dance lessons before our “first dance”).
