“Carter said “I love you” first - we were eating pie in the Walmart parking lot at 2 am.”

“Our first date was supper at Los Amigos, where we also stayed and talked in the parking lot until 1 am.”

“Our favorite thing to do together is watch sports. We love the Braves, the Panthers, and the Hornets. We also love to go to Disney and try ALL the snacks.”

proposal story
Carter picked up the engagement ring and talked to Laine’s dad about marrying his daughter. He proposed 30 minutes later in a church parking lot after begging Laine to stop the car. Needless to say, patience definitely isn’t his strong-suit.
