Tell us about the moment you seen each other for the first time on your wedding day

Hannah— “I was overwhelmed with joy during our first look. I couldn’t stop smiling and seeing his reaction to me made me even happier.”

Hunter— “She was the most beautiful bride I have ever seen. Seeing her for the first time in that dress made me feel like the luckiest man alive.”

Hannah, describe your husband on your wedding day

“The most handsome I had ever seen him. I mean he looks great all the time, but something about him in a suit and tie made my heart skip a beat.”

Hunter, describe your wife on your wedding day

“Absolutely stunning and surprisingly calm.”

Were there any rituals, traditions, or sentiments that were part of your wedding?

We used Hunters late grandfathers bible during the ceremony. Using that little piece of him reassured us that even though he could not be with us physically on our wedding day he was still there spiritually. We also sealed the letters we read during our first look to save for all our anniversaries to come.

What were the top 5 moments of your wedding day?

Hannah— “Getting ready with my girls,

our first look,

the ceremony itself,

our first dance,

and our last dance.

The whole day was amazing and it was so hard to choose just five.”

Hunter— “First look,

ceremony,

reception,

hanging out with the guys before at the brewery,

and singing karaoke with my dad.”

Were there any moments that made you cry?

Hannah—”Hearing the letter hunter wrote, or me and while I was reading the letter to him. I was a lot more calm than I thought I would be.”

Hunter— “Seeing Hannah for the first time and preacher Marty using my grandads bible. It was a very emotional day in the best way.”

Most weddings never go quite as planned. Was there a blooper or “oops” moment at your wedding?

Hannah— “After the DJ announced us as husband and wife Hunter may have dipped a little too hard and my shoe caught the bottom of my dress, but luckily he caught me and we were able to play it off before we made too big of fools of ourselves.”

Is there a story to the song you picked for your first dance?

Our first dance was Pushing up Daisies by Brothers Osborne. This was supposed to be our first concert together, but they canceled the concert after we were already in Atlanta for the night, so we decided to make the best of the trip anyway, and it is still one of our most memorable trips together.

What was your best memory from your wedding day?

Both of our favorite moment was our first look. It was such a special and private moment for us.
